The Christmas season is over, but it's still winter! I find myself with 2 dilemmas. 1st, how to decorate for winter once the Christmas decor is packed away. 2nd, no money left over to go out and buy new decor. I'm sure many of you are with me! My solution, DIY something!
I made a fun and super simple pom pom garland and I'll show you how to make one too!
- craft pom poms in the size that you desire. The smaller the pom, the more you'll need.
- hot glue gun and sticks
Start with a length of twine (size depending on where you would like to hang it when finished) You will simply be attaching the pom to the twine with equal spacing as you go along.
A dab of glue on the back, stick it directly on the twine.
Give it a little squeeze until the glue dries.
It's truly that simple! Make it as long or as short as you like. Think of the color combinations you could come up with! I chose white for my winter decor because it reminds me of snowballs! Fun!
I chose to hang mine across my card catalog for a whimsical touch! Perfect winter addition.
I hope you make a fun garland too! If you have questions or comments, I'd love to hear from you. Leave them below, or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
